It's revealed that Isaac convinced Nicole to take the job aboard the USG Ishimura. This takes place at some point before the beginning of the first game. The game starts out with a transmission between Isaac Clarke and his girlfriend Nicole Brennan, whose suicide was a major plot twist in the original game. The game was released on Xbox 360, Playstation 3, and PC on January 25th, 2011. Isaac Clarke now has lines of dialogue, however, the familiar formula of the original remains unchanged consisting of claustrophobic encounters in dark corridors as well as in open zero-G environments, tactical dismemberment with hard hitting engineering tools and lots of heart-pounding scares throughout. In Dead Space 2, Isaac takes the fight to the Necromorphs, suggesting a much more aggressive style of gameplay than what was seen in the original Dead Space. The church of Unitology and the ominous Earth Government continue to play an important role in Isaac's fight against the Necromorphs. Following his encounter with the marker in the first game, Isaac is now plagued by disturbing visions. Would greatly appreciate any help so I can hopefully enjoy this game in all it's glory.Set three years after the first game, the player once again takes control of Isaac Clarke as he continues his fight against the Necromorph threat. I hope what I tried to explain wasn't too confusing. Though, I did try various depth settings from 50%-20% but the problem was always there, just less exaggerated. Just wondering if it is possible to get every one of these elements perfect? Or are some of these problems just unavoidable? Or maybe my eyes just don't seem to work well with 100% depth. If I try to set the convergence to match either one of these elements (The pause menu, weapon cursor, fix the character glow), 1 or 2 things will always be thrown off in the process. When I'm focusing on the actual cursor/have my back against the wall/doing both, my character model will split/ghost into two. The weapon cursor looks OK when I look at walls/objects at a distant, but the cursor will split into two if I point at a wall/object that's basically 1 meter in-front of me.ΔΆ. Whenever I set the convergence so the mouse cursor in the pause menu aligns just right, meaning I can focus on a word and the cursor at the same time without either one losing focus (this also makes the chapter popups not flicker). I'm having a really hellish time trying to find some good settings.
